Local President's Meeting with Senator Stabenow

On April 10, 2012, the local President's of the Michigan Postal Workers Union met in Flint Michigan to discuss the issues with Senator Stabenow.  The meeting focused on S.1789 and what can be done to stop the closures and consolidations of facilities and impact millions of customers.

It is hoped that our message was well received by the Senator, and she gained some information to take back to Washington to arm herself in this battle.  Thanks to each local President who was able to be in attendance and allow the Senator insight into what is happening around the state and not just from one side.
