Western Michigan Area Retiree's Chapter - 10th Anniversary
It was 10 years ago, when the Western Michigan Area Local received its' charter from the National office. June 13, 1998, the Western Michigan Area Local's Retiree Chapter was official formed/chartered into existance. Since then, many thing have happened. We have seen the retirees take a more prominate role in the union as a whole, and have seen the establishment of an elected Retirees Director at the national level.
Special thanks to National Director Judy Beard for coming to this event. It was held at the Pizza Ranch in Muskegon, Michigan on June 13, 2008.
