Traverse City Area Local Fish Fry
The Traverse City Area Local on June 23, 2007 held its' 2nd Annual COPA Fish Fry. This local (with 160 members) raised $2,446 for COPA at this event.
To raise this money:
Tickets were sold for $10.00 each (the Executive Board made and donated the food)
50/50 tickets were also sold,
Bingo was played with 1/2 the proceeds being donated to COPA.
Euchre was played with 1/2 the proceeds being donated to COPA
Poker was also played with $.50 cents of each pot donated to COPA.
Prizes were donated, and tickets were sold. $1.00 per ticket or $20 for 25 tickets.
Lastly, a Garbage can was set up for "Cans for COPA"
Congratulations to the entire TCAL for their outstanding contribution to COPA What a way to get the local behind this worthwhile event.
